Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in the preparation of quotations and orders
- Communicate with customers regarding product information, availability, and delivery confirmations
- Monitor commercial agreements, invoicing, and pending matters
- Enter and maintain data in ERP/CRM systems and manage customer records
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and accounting departments to ensure smooth order flow
- Support tender procedures and assist in the preparation of offers when required
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a University, Technological Institute, or Vocational Institute in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Customer Service, Invoicing, or Tenders)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SoftOne, Entersoft, or similar)
- Very good command of Greek and English
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an industrial, commercial, or technical environment
- Familiarity with tender procedures (public e-procurement platforms or private tenders)
- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting
