Sales Support Officer – Aspropirgos

Anastasopoulos G. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in the preparation of quotations and orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding product information, availability, and delivery confirmations
  • Monitor commercial agreements, invoicing, and pending matters
  • Enter and maintain data in ERP/CRM systems and manage customer records
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and accounting departments to ensure smooth order flow
  • Support tender procedures and assist in the preparation of offers when required


Required Qualifications

  • Degree from a University, Technological Institute, or Vocational Institute in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Customer Service, Invoicing, or Tenders)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SoftOne, Entersoft, or similar)
  • Very good command of Greek and English
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an industrial, commercial, or technical environment
  • Familiarity with tender procedures (public e-procurement platforms or private tenders)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting
